Unable to access rom drive or USB flash for format!

Many people who own laptops or desktops with windows 8.1 already installed were unable to install windows 7 because they couldn’t access either cd rom or usb flash to begin format and installation procedure. That is because win 8 have secure boot enabled in BIOS by factory settings. All you need to do is to disable secure boot from BIOS, choose the device you wish to boot from (CD ROM or USB disk) and restart computer with win 7 cd already inserted or usb flash plugged in. Now you can access the win 7 installation procedure!
Warning! Do not mess around with the BIOS settings if you are not sure how to deal with it. One false setting could crash the system and there is no fix for it!
